A small sub-zone of the famous Guji coffee growing region: this lot attests to the quality that has made Ethiopia into a brand name in specialty coffee. A light weight, super high clarity and huge flavors of Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Black Grapes and just generally delicious purple Fruits. 

This coffee has been handpicked, naturally processed and then further refined to Anaerobic fermentation. This gives us a high sweetness in the cup profile. Alongside Flavour Complexity.
