Finca Noruega El Salvador Box Set

We are very excited to bring these two El Salvador Maragogypes to the store as a limited release box set.

This set includes two coffees from Finca Noruega: one anaerobic natural and one anaerobic honey. Both are from the same farm, both are the same varietal, and both are best-in-class examples of what careful fermentation can do. They are juicy, fruit-driven, sweet and clean, with big expressive flavour but plenty of structure underneath.

The Natural is full-bodied and jammy, with notes of blueberry, blackberry jam, mandarin and grape-like acidity. The Honey is silkier and more red-fruit driven, with notes of red grape, plum and redcurrant. Side by side, they make for a pretty special tasting experience.

What makes this set especially fun is the chance to isolate the effect of processing. Same farm. Same varietal. Two different processing methods. It’s the kind of comparison we love, because it gives you a clear way to taste how much processing can shape sweetness, body, acidity and fruit character.

Aside from being tasty AF, this is also a genuinely great learning experience. If you like fruity coffees, clean anaerobic processing, or just want to taste two excellent El Salvador lots side by side, this is a very good time.
