Expect lots of passionfruit and pineapple pineapple in this huge tropical fruit bomb. This coffee has a high sweetness and a long lingering finish. A very jammy and juicy coffee which has been a hit at our Brisbane espresso bars.
La Divisa is an extended ferment of the iconic Geisha varietal. The farmer Sebastien Gomez owns the La Divisa farm in the Quindio region of Colombia. This is a high altitude farm - 1700 masl - that has built up a reputation for producing extremely high quality specialty coffee from delicate and tropical Geishas to expressive sweet Pink Bourbons.
Those of you who have been with us awhile will know we love showcasing these kinds of coffees. The extended ferment has given this coffee a signature slap-in-the-face fruitiness that contrasts some of our more delicate washed offerings. We had this coffee earlier this year and are super excited to bring it back and share it with you.
