Santa Monica Colombia Bundle Deal - Pink Bourbon/Chiroso

Two bags of exceptional Colombian coffee from Jairo Arcilia's Santa Monica farm. This bundle is a true display of varietal expression with a diverse range of flavors from red fruits and marshmallow to tropical fruits and soft drink. It's not often that you get to directly compare varietals from the same farm and we are stoked to be able to offer these two together.

These coffee's were farmed at Santa Monica, Colombia by Jairo Arcila. The Arcila family is responsible for importing many Colombian Coffees to Australia and are particularity active in the coffee comps community. This has, over the years, been a two way street. Aus Barista Comps strong interest in preference for sugary sweet coffee has meant that all the Arcila farms are well adept at Anaerobic Natural processes that are clean and balanced. While being super soft-drinky in flavours and textures.
