Cherries Collide Light Roast Blend

this blend was developed last year as a direct response to the Coffee price going up (probably for the best) but hurting alot of the fruity coffee lovers who got burned as the top shelf stuff- which is invariably fruity- skyrocketed in price.

Blue did not sit idly by however, some products went up in price, our $25 dollar range of Single Origin stunners is still the gold standard for 250g single estate in Brisbane. But we also responded with an affordable, fruity blend: Cherries Collide.

Cherries is designed to interplay seasonal coffees with limited availability, but to constantly hit that red fruit flavour profile. It also sits in a super accessible price point.

Expect Fruits, Cherry, Red apple, Apricot, Currants alongside a medium body and Honey Sweetness. Seriously a wonderful coffee that works well in filter, Milk and espresso.
