This coffee was farmed at Santa Monica, Colombia by Jairo Arcila. The Arcila family is responsible for importing many Colombian Coffees to Australia and are particularity active in the coffee comps community. This has, over the years, been a two way street. Aus Barista Comps strong interest in preferencing sugary sweet coffee has meant that all the Arcila farms are well adept at Anaerobic Natural processes that are clean and balanced.
