Chelbessa, Yirgacheffe - Ethiopia, Natural

Chelbessa is back! One of the favourites from last year’s Ethiopia release, this natural Yirgacheffe has everything we look for in a classic natural Ethiopian coffee: loads of fruit, plenty of sweetness and a bright, juicy structure.

We are stoked to have this juicy Eth is once again on the Blue Sky rotation. This year’s crop is packed with darker fruit flavours, with plenty of blackberry and black grape running through the cup. A nectarine-like acidity keeps everything fresh and lively. We find it to have an overall winey character that you might expect from these darker fruits.
