The Absolute Juice, The range of flavor’s is stunning, Rock-melon turns to Watermelon, Sugary sweet, Mandarins and soft citrus acidity and of course that classic Jasmin florality the veterans here will have come to expect from Panamanian Geishas.

An iconic coffee. We were lucky to get our hands on a couple of Kilo’s (shoutout Liam at Extraction).

Esmeralda is the original Geisha farm, this is were the magic auction took this coffee to stratospheric heights in 2004. To this day it is a coffee mecca, and a hugely influential part of the specialty coffee direction. Representing the most exceptional, high quality beans can break the price point traditionally reserved for coffee.

Honestly its a rockstar farm, you don’t need me to gush over this. But expect some of the best filter coffee available anywhere in Australia. Decadent, but highly recommend trying it espresso too. We roasted it Omni, so should do both just fine.
